        Step Up To The Mic

                Testimonials

                                Ruth Hale-SENCO

I worked with Paula in a mainstream primary school where she was  a 1:1 Learning

Support Assistant for a child in Year 2.  She produced the most wonderful visual

resources as well as setting up a sensory area  for him.  She was calm, caring and

 passionate about her role.

Her expertise was a real bonus for us as a school. She showed a real commitment

to reducing barriers to learning.  She taught the whole class signing which

they clearly enjoyed. She built a very positive relationship with the child’s

parents as well as with the teachers & support staff  she worked with.

Paula has a wealth of experience & training  linked to social & emotional difficulties.

Paula!!  An exceptional woman whose creative abilities could only be divine.

I've had the privilege of working closely with her in Cre8 and it's a  fine work

she consistently delivers.  All Praise to God as she expands into this beautiful legacy!!

I was delighted to hear about this project Paula has initiated.  My granddaughter

was part of Paula’s Cre8 drama and dance group and blossomed under her

leadership and I was a trustee especially attached to Cre8.  Paula loves to see                     children express themselves in a way they are comfortable with. She is able to                    develop skills in them that she can see but they have not experienced. Paula has

worked as a Teaching Assistant for special need children and though this is quite

difficult sometimes she always thinks of the children’s needs in her care.

A wonderful opportunity to let children express their creative side.
